 These are Ennio Morricones bastards, or the breed of Leone and Eastwood. With a confident pen they keep writing songs with own recipe. As the band put it: “Revolverkäke has a formula. We are countrifying the devil’s bad dreams into music, and it’s sweet like something from the bone and out; a slick untamed expression delivered in a rhythmical blow.” The concept is to the rim with dirt and grit, kept far from the chart country music. It seems the debut, Greatest Hits has prevailed forever but now there is more gems rolling our way. |
